Job summary

Popeyes UK is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-site hospitality operations with a focus on delivering high standards of quality, service and profitability. You will guide General Managers, drive KPIs, and champion our fun, guest-first culture.

In this role you will oversee daily operations across locations, implement policies, manage budgets and develop strong teams through coaching, training and succession planning while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site hospitality or QSR operations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop store teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple locations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety procedures.
• Build and retain high-performing teams through recruitment, training and development.
• Prioritise guest experience and drive service and guest feedback.
• Uphold high food quality standards and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with support teams to drive store performance.
• Implement and maintain operating policies and standards across locations.
• Monitor financial performance and costs, and contribute to budgeting and planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
