Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an epic leader to drive multi-site operations across Greater London. You'll guide General Managers, champion our standards, and push performance on sales, profit, quality, and guest experience.
The role demands hands-on people leadership, recruitment and development, and the ability to implement efficient policies while maintaining exceptional food quality and safety.
Formación
- Experience leading multi-site hospitality or QSR operations.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Drives guest experience and KPIs with exemplary leadership.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety procedures
- Build and retain a high-performing team through recruitment, training and development
- Put the customer first and drive service and guest feedback
- Maintain food quality standards and support brand ambition
- Collaborate with HQ teams to drive store performance
- Implement and maintain operational policies and cost-control measures
- Monitor financial performance and budgets; drive improvements
