Popeyes UK is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of one location. You will lead in a fast-paced environment, motivate teams, and drive performance across people, sales, profit, and guest experience.

The role emphasizes food safety, P&L, and operational excellence. You will recruit and develop your team, plan rotas, manage stock, and ensure delicious, consistently high-quality service that reflects the Popeyes standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as GM in branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling and inventory systems.
• Strong emphasis on food safety and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant P&L, sales, labour, and costs.
• Ensure HACCP and health & safety compliance.
• Recruit and develop staff; succession planning.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality and service standards.
• Manage stock, ordering, and waste control.
• Build rotas balancing labour budgets and peak trade.
• Review performance data and identify opportunities.
• Drive energy, culture, and guest experience.
