Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited are recruiting experienced Multi Traders for a well-established social housing contractor in Croydon on a reactive maintenance contract. You will carry out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team.

Role covers UPVC repairs, basic carpentry, basic plumbing and wet trades. Van, fuel card, uniform and PDA provided; 42.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri); £21.40 per hour CIS; temp to perm with video interviews taking place asap.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a core trade.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Solid experience in social housing or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties as part of a reactive maintenance team.
• Perform UPVC repairs.
• Carry out basic carpentry.
• Carry out basic plumbing.
• Work within wet trades.

The Role:

You’ll carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance works in occupied properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team;

• Basic carpentry
• Basic plumbing
• Wet Trades
