Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to support energy-efficient housing upgrades across a social housing portfolio. You will perform reactive maintenance to improve tenant comfort and building performance.

Duties include basic carpentry such as door undercuts, damp and mould repairs, preparing concrete slabs for heat pump installations, and fitting window trickle vents. You will work Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30, with van and fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.)
• Full UK driving licence

We’re recruiting experienced Multi Traders to support energy-efficient and low-carbon housing upgrades across a social housing portfolio. You’ll be part of a reactive maintenance and helping improve the sustainability and performance of occupied homes.

The Role:
