Job summary

GNA Group in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our Repairs & Maintenance team, working on social housing properties in Cambridge and the surrounding area.

You will carry out multi-trade works focusing on carpentry, plumbing, tiling and plastering for repairs, maintenance and installations, including void and occupied properties.

You must have your own tools and a Full UK driving licence; previous social housing repairs experience is essential.

Qualifications

Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance.
Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, tiling and plastering to a high standard.
Full UK driving licence.
Own tools and van (fuel card provided).

Responsibilities

Carry out multi-trade works, focusing on carpentry, plumbing, tiling and plastering for repairs, maintenance, and installations

Assist with general maintenance tasks such as plastering, tiling, and decorating
Complete job sheets, reports, and relevant certification
