Job summary

18 Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of a leading property maintenance contractor for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Cambridge, Peterborough, and the wider East Anglia region.

You will carry out plastering repairs, general property maintenance, plumbing and carpentry tasks, diagnose faults and deliver long-lasting repairs within occupied homes, while updating job information on PDA/mobile devices and delivering

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience and qualifications required.
• Carpentry experience and qualifications required.
• CSCS Card is required.
• Experience using PDA/mobile working systems.

• Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard.

• Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations.
• Carry out carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
