Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our busy maintenance team serving Dunstable and surrounding areas. You will carry out general carpentry and plumbing repairs and perform routine maintenance in residential properties.

Applicants should have trade qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2), a full UK driving licence, and excellent communication skills to liaise with residents. The role offers ongoing, long-term work with a company van and fuel card, paid weekly.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Carrying out general carpentry repairs
• Completing plumbing repairs
• Undertaking general maintenance and repair works within residential properties
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents

Requirements

• Previous experience working within residential properties
• Experience carrying out both carpentry and plumbing repairs
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skills
• Professional and reliable approach to work
