Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative in Tonbridge to carry out responsive repairs across trades in social housing. You will perform plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating to keep homes safe and functional.

ASAP start, 42.5 hours weekly, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, in a busy contracts team. A valid UK driving license and DBS check are required; van and fuel card provided for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Manual Driving License (DL) required.
• DBS Check will be processed at offer stage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance across multiple trades.
• Ensure residents' homes remain safe and functional.
