Job summary

RG Setsquare invites applications for a Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract in Medway. You will perform reactive maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating in occupied and void social housing properties.

This temporary to permanent role offers 42.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm). A van and fuel card are provided to support field work.

Qualifications

• Must have valid UK Manual Driving Licence.
• DBS Check will be processed at offer stage.
• Experience in social housing maintenance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs across multiple trades in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Ensure residents' homes remain safe and functional after maintenance work.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating.

You'll deliver high-quality maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating, ensuring residents homes, Social Housing remain safe and functional. RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, are looking for a reliable, multi-skilled operative to join their team. You will be responsible for reactive maintenance works in social housing properties across the patch.
