Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to perform repairs in tenanted properties around South Yorkshire / Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire. The role includes plumbing, carpentry, plaster patching, and associated trade tasks with a company van and tools supplied.

Key duties include attending properties (occupied or void), diagnosing faults, maintaining equipment, and providing clear progress updates to customers. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in core subject (carpentry, electrical).
• If Plumbing Level 3 is required, Unvented - G3 Certificate and Water Regulations (WRAS).
• Bring original certifications to interview; copies/CSCS cards not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Attend occupied or void properties for construction, fault fixing and maintenance.
• Resolve problems and communicate progress clearly to customers.
• Maintain tools and van stock; restock per procedures and budgets.
• Provide timely information on job progress in a customer-friendly way.
• Respond to complaints and service issues to meet contracts and specs.
