Sanctuary Group is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to work across Plymouth and Cornwall sites. The role involves carpentry, plumbing, installing doors/windows, plastering, tiling, fencing and general maintenance in predominantly domestic properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and restocked as needed.
• Respond to complaints and breakdowns, informing customers of progress.
