About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Multi‑Skilled Operative to carry out a variety of repairs and refurbishment tasks within void properties. The ideal candidate will be time‐served, skilled across several trades, and capable of delivering high‑quality work with minimal supervision. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications.

Key Duties

• Plastering and plaster boarding
• Floor and wall tiling
• Rendering and patch repairs
• Self‑levelling floors
• Minor roofing and general building repairs
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar multi‑trade or property maintenance role
• Competent across several trades, particularly plastering and bricklaying
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
