Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Multi Trade Operative to cover Taunton and surrounding areas. You will perform responsive maintenance on social housing properties, handling carpentry, window and door repairs, leak remedials, and related trades.

The role is temporary with pay of £22-£24 per hour, paid CIS umbrella. You will need a full UK driving licence and a professional, courteous approach; DBS check will be completed before start.

Qualifications

• Good multi-trade experience
• NVQ in a trade (desirable)
• DBS – will be completed prior to start
• Full UK driving licence
• Honest and reliable
• Good attitude

Responsibilities

• Responsive maintenance on social housing properties
• All aspects of maintenance work in properties, carpentry, window and door repairs, leak remedials etc
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
• Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
• Following a spec to complete works
• Reporting to your Supervisor

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multi Trade who will provide a maintenance service on social housing properties in the Yeovil, Taunton, Bridgwater, Exeter areas.

• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
• Following a spec to complete works
• Reporting to your Supervisor
