Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in South Devon is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to provide maintenance services on social housing properties in the South Devon area. The role is temp to perm, offering a salary of £35,360 per annum, a company van and fuel card, and 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.

You will perform multi-trade maintenance tasks, drive the company van, and report to your Supervisor.

• Must have multi-trade experience in maintenance

Multi OperativeDay to Day:

• Maintenance on social housing properties
• All aspects ofmaintenance work in properties, carpentry, window and door repairs, leak remedials etc
• Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
• Following a spec to complete works
• Reporting to your Supervisor

Carpenter Multi OperativeRequirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• NVQ in a trade (desirable)
• DBS – willbe completed prior to start
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving licence
