JobsTrackR is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to perform reactive maintenance across social housing properties in the Croydon area. The role requires carrying out a variety of trades and completing tasks to a high standard in occupied properties.

Applicants should hold a Level 2 trade qualification and a Full UK Driving Licence, with proven experience in reactive maintenance and multi-trade work. The position involves working across Croydon, with a focus on reliability and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive repairs and general maintenance across occupied social housing properties.
• Completing a variety of multi-trade works, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and general property repairs.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out appropriate repairs to prevent repeat visits.
• Responding to day-to-day maintenance issues and urgent repair requests.
• Completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard within required timescales.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment.
• Liaising professionally with tenants, housing officers and other contractors.

Education

Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade

Location: Croydon
Rate: £22 per hour CIS

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs across social housing properties in the Croydon area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson with experience working in occupied properties and completing a variety of maintenance tasks to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in reactive maintenance and social housing
