Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is recruiting a Multi Trade Operative for a Birmingham-based housing association on a 3-month self-employed contract. You’ll carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance and carpentry repairs across social housing properties, with a company van and fuel card provided.

The role offers £22 per hour, 37 hours per week, weekly pay and CIS payment options. A recognised carpentry qualification and full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

Enjoy a 3-month, self-employed contract with a company van and fuel card provided, working directly for a respected housing association in Birmingham. This Multi Trade Operative role offers £22 per hour, 37 hours per week, weekly pay and CIS payment options.

You’ll be working for an established housing association across the Birmingham area, carrying out essential day-to-day maintenance and repairs within their social housing properties. You’ll have consistent work throughout the contract and everything needed to travel between jobs as a Multi Trade Operative.
