Job summary

A respected housing association in Oakham is seeking a Multi Trade Operative for a 6-month self-employed contract. You will perform repairs on social housing properties in the LE15 area, ensuring high standards and adherence to time frames. Ideal candidates should have experience in carpentry, fencing, tiling, or general maintenance and must hold a Full UK Driving Licence. The position offers £20 per hour with additional benefits including a company van and the potential for a permanent role after 24 weeks.
