Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited, on behalf of our client, a leading property maintenance contractor, is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to cover the Fife area. This is a long-term role with potential to become permanent.

You will carry out a wide range of housing maintenance and repairs across residential properties, including joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and safely for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-trade experience in property maintenance or social housing.
• Experience across multiple trades is essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general housing maintenance and repairs.
• Completing a range of multi-trade works across occupied and void properties.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading property maintenance contractor, who is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their team covering the Fife area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a broad range of maintenance experience looking for a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

You will be carrying out a variety of housing maintenance and repair works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within required timescales.

• Carrying out general housing maintenance and repairs.
