You will handle joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks, working independently with a professional, customer-focused approach and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative in property maintenance.
• Experience across multiple trades is essential.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading property maintenance contractor, who is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their team covering the Fife area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a broad range of maintenance experience looking for a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

You will be carrying out a variety of housing maintenance and repair works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within required timescales.

• Carrying out general housing maintenance and repairs.
