Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a leading property maintenance contractor covering the Fife area, delivering reliable housing maintenance and repair work across residential properties.

You will handle joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks, working independently with a professional, customer-focused approach and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative in property maintenance.
• Experience across multiple trades is essential.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out general housing maintenance and repairs.
• Completing a range of multi-trade works across occupied and void properties.
• Undertaking repairs across joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decoration.
• Diagnosing maintenance issues and providing effective solutions.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach when working in residents' homes.
