Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract in Medway. You will carry out reactive maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties, delivering high-quality work across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating.

A valid UK driving license is required, and a DBS check will be processed at the offer stage. This temp-to-perm role offers a pathway to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in responsive repairs within social housing.
• Multi-trade capability across key trades.
• Valid UK manual driving licence.
• DBS check to be processed at offer stage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs in occupied and void social housing properties across the patch.
• Perform trades including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating.
• Ensure residents' homes remain safe and functional.

Position: Multi-Trade Operative

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Location: Medway
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: 23.54/hour on UMB or 18.09/hour on PAYE
