Applicants should have a relevant trade qualification (C&G or NVQ L2/3), a full UK driving licence, and experience in building maintenance. An OT-heavy role offers overtime pay and company van usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance services to high-profile clients with high quality.
• Use initiative to solve technical problems in reactive maintenance.
• Provide detailed write-ups of works to keep clients updated.
• Complete tasks within timescales and comply with regulations.
• Record procedures and logs to minimise risks.
• Use PDAs or electronic devices to complete works.
• Coordinate with Helpdesk for efficient responses, solo or in teams.
• Observe health and safety; perform risk assessments for tasks.
• Deal with varied clients daily; remain courteous and professional.
• Provide a call-out response across all contracts.
