Lancer Scott Ltd. is seeking a mobile Fabric Engineer to cover the Gloucester area on a range of contracts. You will provide maintenance, solve technical issues, and keep detailed work records for our high-profile clients.

Essential qualifications include a trade qualification (C&G/NVQ L2-L3) and a full UK driving licence, with at least 3 years in building maintenance. The role offers company van, tools, tablet, and uniforms, plus overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional maintenance services to high-profile clients and deliver to the highest quality standards.
• Use initiative to solve technical problems related to reactive maintenance, including sourcing parts and manufacturer support.
• Provide detailed write-ups of works carried out to keep the client updated.
• Carry out works within timescales and in compliance with regulations and contract specifications.
• Record procedures and maintenance logs to minimise risks.
• Utilise PDAs or tablets to complete works.
• Liaise with Helpdesk for efficient response, solo or in a team.
• Observe health and safety, including risk assessments for each task.
• Deal with clients daily; represent the company professionally.
• Provide call-out response across all contracts.
