Lancer Scott Holdings Ltd is seeking a maintenance technician to join our team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on reactive maintenance, delivering high-quality workmanship, and maintaining detailed records for clients across contracts.

The candidate should have a trade qualification (C&G or NVQ L2/L3), 3+ years in building maintenance, and a practical approach to problem-solving. A UK driving license and IT familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a trade qualification to at least NVQ Level 2/3 (C&G or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills with clients and engineers.
• Strong organisational ability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional maintenance services to high-profile clients with high quality standards.
• Use initiative to solve technical problems in reactive maintenance, including sourcing parts and seeking manufacturer support.
• Provide detailed write-ups of works carried out and keep clients updated.
• Complete works within agreed timescales and comply with regulations and contract specs.
• Maintain reporting and records, including logs and control measures to minimise risks.
• Utilise PDAs or electronic devices to complete works.
• Coordinate with Helpdesk for efficient response, solo or in a team.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and perform risk assessments for each task.
• Represent the company professionally in dealings with clients daily.
• Provide call-out response across contracts.
