Job summary

Niyaa People seeks 4–5 experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to work across social housing contracts in Dorset. You will handle voids, responsive repairs and planned works, using a broad mix of trades from carpentry to plumbing and tiling.

Rates are £180 per day with a company van and fuel card, or £200 per day with your own unbranded van. Start dates between 2nd and 16th November; ongoing work across established housing contracts.

Multi-Trade Operative roles covering Dorset, paying £180 per day with a company van and fuel card, or £200 per day with your own unbranded van.

I'm looking for 4–5 experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to work across a mixture of voids, responsive repairs and planned works within social housing. This is a great opportunity for hands-on tradespeople with broad multi-trade skills who want consistent, ongoing work across established housing contracts.

I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Multi-Trade Operative, Multi-Skilled Tradesperson or Property Maintenance Operative, with strong social housing experience.

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance across void and tenanted properties.
• Completing planned works and property refurbishments.
• Undertaking a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating.
