Our client is a contractor that specialises in the social housing sector, providing void work and planned maintenance to domestic properties in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. They are currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join their growing team.

Responsibilities of the Multi-Trade Operative:

• Carry out various tasks including tiling, plumbing, joinery, drylining, screeding
• Bathroom and kitchen renewals (Wet rooms required urgently)
• Plastering skills an advantage
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within given timeframes

Requirements:

• Wet room specialist or previous wet experience
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Skilled in tiling, plumbing, joinery, plastering
• Full bathroom refurbs and wet rooms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm. Paid overtime is available.
