Qualifications

• Completed a recognized Apprenticeship with NVQ Level 2/3.
• Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber, including wet rooms & disabled adaptations.

Responsibilities

• First and second fix plumbing, repairing or renewing ceiling and floor joists.
• Installing shower trays, tiling walls, installing bathroom suites, painting, and decorating.

Join Us as a Multi Trade Operative at Liberty

Liberty is the trusted name in property services. We are seeking a dedicated Multi Trade Operative to join our team.

Pay Range

This pay range is provided by Liberty. Your actual salary will depend on your skills and experience. Please discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Base Pay Range

Location: Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £34,067.00 per year

Note: You may be required to work further afield as per contract demands. Travel time is considered part of working hours.

Your Role

Responsibilities include first and second fix plumbing, repairing or renewing ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, flooring, doors, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe panels, and ducting. Additional tasks involve patch plastering, installing shower trays, tiling walls, installing bathroom suites, painting, decorating, and radiator installation.

Requirements

• Completed a recognized Apprenticeship with NVQ Level 2/3
• Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber, including wet rooms & disabled adaptations
• Competent in joinery and plumbing trades
• Driving license essential; CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools required
