Salary: £34,376 - £36,185 per year
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Response team in Chester. The role involves repairing vacated properties to a lettable standard, including reactive repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing baths, changing door handles, and hanging new doors. External repairs like fencing and groundworks are also part of the job.
The position requires both lone and team working, participation in an emergency call-out rota, and the use of a company van and power tools, with training provided as needed.
Candidates must bring original certification to interviews; copies and CSCS cards are not accepted.
