Job Opportunity: Multi Trade Plasterer

Our client, a leading Housing Association in Ellesmere Port, is currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week. In return, you will receive a salary of £33,075 per annum, along with a Company Van, Fuel Card, and Excellent Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Undertaking full house re-plastering and diagnosing plaster patching in small areas.
2. Identifying and rectifying plaster defects, ensuring all necessary pre- and post- work preparations.
3. Preparing works to be carried out.
4. Liaising with customers to arrange and carry out work, considering their needs, and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches, and calculations using measuring equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CSCS Card.
• Experience working as a Multi Trade Plasterer, competent in all aspects of plastering and tiling, especially for bathroom replacements within social housing.
• Multi-skilled in trades such as core Joinery and Tiling.
• UK driver’s license and own tools.
