Sanctuary provides in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Location: Chester
Salary: £34,376 - £36,185 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
We are seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Response team in Chester. You will work as part of a team repairing vacated houses to bring them to a lettable standard. Responsibilities include reactive repairs, ranging from fixing leaks to replacing baths, changing door handles, hanging new doors, and external repairs such as fencing and groundworks.
The role involves lone and team working, with participation in an emergency call-out rota. A company van and power tools will be provided, along with training as needed.
Candidates must bring original certification to interviews; copies and CSCS cards are not accepted.
