Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

Pay Range

This range is provided by Liberty. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Base Pay Range

Based in Blackburn and surrounding areas, you can earn approximately £34,067.00 per year for a 40-hour workweek. Please note, the role may require working further afield, with travel time considered part of working hours.

Your Role

Perform first and second fix plumbing, repair/renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, flooring, doors, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe panels, ducting, patch plastering, install shower trays, tile walls, install bathroom suites, painting, radiator installation, and system draining and refilling.

Requirements

• Recognised Apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2/3 qualification
• Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber, including wet rooms & disabled adaptations
• Competent in joinery and/or plumbing trades
• Desirable: plastering skills, experience in social housing
• Valid driving license
• CSCS card, asbestos awareness, own tools
