Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Plumber with cross-trade skills to join our maintenance team in Birmingham and surrounding areas. You will deliver first-class service, carry out a wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs, and complete void works in line with our high standards.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week, a comprehensive benefits package including a van,

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Birmingham and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
