Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our Swindon team to support delivery of complex repairs, including damp and mould work, cleaning, clearance and general multi-skilled tasks.

This permanent role is 40 hours per week, 8 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota. You must live within the Swindon or Gloucester area and hold a full UK driving licence. A basic DBS check is required and paid for by Guinness.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-skills and property clearance.
• Experience in customer-focused environments.
• Proven ability to work methodically and meet targets.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and apply damp/mould treatments safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex repairs including damp and mould work.
• Perform cleaning, clearance and general multi-skilled tasks.
• Record information accurately and follow procedures.
