Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our Milton Keynes team on a permanent 40-hour week. This role delivers responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work, including basic joinery, tiling, groundwork, mould washes/treatment and flooring installation in residents' homes.

You must live in the Milton Keynes area, hold a full UK driving licence and a basic DBS check (paid by Guinness Partnership) will be provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) in the primary trade or equivalent
• Experience in social housing repairs and customer-focused service
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet targets

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive repairs and general multi-trade work within residents' homes
• Carry out tasks such as basic joinery, tiling, groundwork and flooring installation
• Record information accurately and follow safety procedures
