Job summary

Ethero is seeking a Multi Skilled Production Operative with FLT Counterbalance experience for a temporary-ongoing role at our Burton area site. You will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, manage quality, and support the maintenance team on a rotating shift pattern.

The role also offers on-site catering, free car park, and regular paid breaks. Own transport is required, and a valid forklift certificate is preferred.

Multi Skilled Production Operative/FLT Counterbalance

Barton under Needwood

Job Type: Temporary-ongoing

Key Duties:

• Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Operating a forklift - valid Certificate preferably
• Controlling the quality of product
• Responsible for the manufacturing assets
• Liaising with maintenance and assisting where needed
• You will inspect, carry out and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are at all times properly and regularly inspected, cleaned in accordance with site instructions.

Working across the 3 rotating shifts the average pay rate is £14.24 per hours

Any lawful deductions will be explained clearly before engagement. Statutory deductions such as Tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions (where applicable) will apply.

Working Pattern:

Morning shift:

Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:15

Paid Breaks

Afternoon shift

Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:15

Paid Breaks

Night Shift

Sunday to Thursday 22:0 06:15

Paid breaks 06:00-14:15; 14:0 22:15; 22:00-06:15
