Qualifications

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence/certification.
• Recent experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Experience in a production/packing/manufacturing or warehouse role is desirable.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move raw materials and finished goods around site.
• Load, unload, and transport pallets between production and warehouse areas.
• Supply production lines with materials to ensure continuous operation.
• Operate packing and production machinery safely and effectively.
• Carry out routine FLT checks, reporting faults or defects.
• Complete product sampling and quality inspections in line with procedures.
• Pack, palletise and wrap finished products to specification.
• Transfer finished goods to designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately complete production records and paperwork.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence/certification.
• Recent experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Previous experience in a production, packing, manufacturing, or warehouse role.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
