Great Places Housing Group in Manchester is seeking a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our responsive repairs team. You will carry out high-quality plumbing repairs across domestic properties, including bathrooms, sinks and drainage systems, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent and a full UK driving licence. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, generous annual leave and pension, plus access to discounts and wage-advance

Responsabilités

• Deliver a high-quality plumbing repairs service across domestic properties (bathrooms, sinks, taps, drainage).
• Ensure work completed to high standards of quality, productivity and safety.
• Attend and complete required training, toolbox talks and e-learning modules.
• Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues and local stakeholders.
• Carry out work safely and keep customers' homes clean and secure.
• Use PDA/mobile tech to receive, update and manage repair jobs.
• Produce accurate records including photos and detailed notes.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver a high-quality plumbing repairs service across domestic properties, including bathrooms, sinks, taps and drainage systems
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality, productivity and safety
• Attending and completing all required training, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules
• Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and local stakeholders
• Carrying out work safely and professionally, ensuring customers' homes are left clean and secure
• Using PDA/mobile technology to receive, update, and manage repair jobs efficiently
• Producing accurate records, including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes

If you are under 21 but with 2 years driving experience with a full UK driving licence you would be required to complete an on-line driver monitoring assessment and additional in vehicle assessment prior to starting your role funded by Great Places.
