HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a mobile, permanent role covering Greater Manchester and the North West. You will perform plumbing repairs, maintenance and reactive works across social housing and commercial properties.

You’ll receive a company van, fuel card and paid door-to-door travel, with a 40-hour Monday-to-Friday week and overtime opportunities, plus on-call duties in a long-term, stable contract.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience as a Plumber or Multi-Skilled Tradesperson.
• Recognised plumbing qualifications.
• Domestic and commercial gas qualifications or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages and general plumbing faults.
• Repairing and installing toilets, sinks, taps, showers and sanitaryware.
• Working on water distribution and waste systems.
• Maintaining radiators, hot-water cylinders, heating controls and associated pipework.
• Completing plumbing works during kitchen, bathroom and void refurbishments.
• Working across occupied and vacant social-housing properties.
• Recording completed work through a cloud-based job-management system.
• Communicating professionally with tenants, clients and other trades.
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements.

£33,000 + Paid Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime
Greater Manchester & North West
Permanent | Monday to Friday | 40 Hours

We’re recruiting for an experiencedMulti-Skilled Plumberto join an established building and maintenance contractor delivering long-term works across Greater Manchester and the wider North West.

This is a varied, mobile position carrying out plumbing repairs, planned maintenance and reactive works within social housing and commercial properties. You’ll receive a company van, fuel card and payment from the moment you leave home until you return.

The Role

• Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages and general plumbing faults
• Repairing and installing toilets, sinks, taps, showers and sanitaryware
• Working on water distribution and waste systems
• Maintaining radiators, hot-water cylinders, heating controls and associated pipework
• Completing plumbing works during kitchen, bathroom and void refurbishments
• Working across occupied and vacant social-housing properties
• Supporting additional repairs including tiling, patch plastering and basic joinery
• Recording completed work through a cloud-based job-management system
• Communicating professionally with tenants, clients and other trades
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

• At least five years’ experience as a Plumber or Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
• Previous social-housing maintenance experience
• Recognised plumbing qualifications
• Domestic and commercial gas qualifications or relevant experience
• Experience completing planned and reactive property repairs
• Additional multi-trade skills such as tiling, plastering or joinery
• Ability to diagnose faults and complete work independently
• Full UK driving licence
• Valid CSCS card
• Professional and customer-focused approach
