Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a Plumber Multi-Skilled to join our repairs team serving social housing properties in the East Midlands. The role covers a range of plumbing tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship across residential blocks.

The position is a 40-hour week (8am–6pm) with participation in a second shift and on-call rota. A full UK manual driving licence is required; a company van is provided to cover working hours.

Title:Plumber Multi-Skilled

Location: East Midlands

Salary: £33,299 - £35,052

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am – 6pm. To support our residents, you will be required to participate in second shift and an out of hours on-call service on a rotational basis. Company van and fuel card provided.

Requirements

Experience

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
