Overview

Multi Skilled Plumber – TieTalent

Location: Oldham

Salary: £32,829, increasing to £34,557 upon successful completion of 6-month probation

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing a first class plumbing service to all our customers in their homes.
• You will assist with providing a first class plumbing service in respect of the maintenance of all domestic sanitary appliances i.e. bathrooms, sinks, taps, drainage, etc., to all our homes, maintaining a high standard of workmanship in the homes in your area.
• Ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety.
• Have good organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy and reactive workload.
• Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude.
• Demonstrate reliability, initiative, ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
• You will communicate with customers and colleagues effectively.
• Treating our homes with respect and maintain high standards of health and safety and reporting any concerns to your line manager.
• You will look after the equipment provided to you keeping it in clean and fit working condition.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• A full clean driving licence to be able to drive a Great Places Van
• Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
• Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines
• Similar experience ideal but not essential
• Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude
• A flexible approach to the working day
• You will need to be able to drive a Great Places Van
