Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to deliver fabric repairs and small project tasks across building trades in Worthing.

Job description

Role: Multi Skilled Operative
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Location: Worthing, BN14 8PB

Role Responsibilities:

• General repairs and maintenance to the building fabric, including carpentry, tiling, wall and floor repairs. Painting and decorating (as and when required) Flooring repairs to include hard flooring, and carpet tiles.
• Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs. Basic plastering for making good damaged walls. Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
• Experience of PDA technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential.
• Fire Door inspections and repairs.

Required Qualifications:

• Skilled operative qualified to a C&G or NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carpentry, joinery or plumbing.
• IT knowledge
