Job summary

Anderselite Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our team across social housing and reactive maintenance projects in South Yorkshire.

You will carry out maintenance, repair and finishing tasks in occupied and void properties, delivering high workmanship and excellent tenant service. Essential: NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Carpentry and Joinery, strong carpentry/joinery skills, finishing and snagging, painting and decorating, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Carpentry and Joinery are required.
• Strong carpentry and joinery skills with finishing and snagging experience.
• Experience in social housing or property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works within residential and social housing properties.
• Complete carpentry and joinery repairs, including doors, locks, skirting boards, kitchens, and general woodwork.
• Undertake basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Perform painting and decorating works to a high standard.
• Carry out finishing and snagging works to ensure properties meet quality standards.
• Complete general multi-trade repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose faults and identify the most effective repair solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, residents, and clients.
• Accurately complete job reports and update work records as required.

About the Role
