Job summary

Masters Facilities in the Greater Bristol Area is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative for on-site duties across client sites. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, minor repairs, and small works to keep building fabric safe, functional and well presented.

The role requires flexibility, a full UK driving licence, and a strong focus on health and safety, quality, and customer service in interactions with clients and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, painting).
• Ability to diagnose issues, inspect, and prioritise tasks.
• Strong health and safety practices and safe use of tools.
• Good communication with clients, residents and colleagues.
• Capable of independent work across multiple sites.
• Basic IT skills for job management and reporting.
• Relevant trade or facilities maintenance qualifications or apprenticeship.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel within Greater Bristol Area.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across client sites.
• Perform minor repairs and small works as required.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and presentation standards.
• Update job records and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with managers and office staff to complete tasks efficiently.
