Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a proactive Multi Skilled Technician to deliver mobile facilities support across client sites in the UK. You will perform general/fabric maintenance, assist mobile engineers, and contribute to reactive, planned and ad hoc tasks.

Core hours are 07:00 to 16:00 with some flexibility. You should have experience in building maintenance or facilities management, a clean UK driving licence, and a commitment to safety and high quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, handyperson, janitorial, or facilities management roles.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance and basic repairs across client sites.
• Provide facilities support services including porterage, moves, and cleaning as required.
• Maintain RAMS, permits to work, and maintenance records; report hazards promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors and support mobile engineers during tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service and keep occupants informed of progress.
