Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for an on-site role in Stockport. The position involves leading on-shift maintenance for high-speed packaging lines, generating CMMS-based reports, and driving continuous improvement projects across automated equipment.

You will work with Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLCs, needing good electrical background and PLC fault-finding skills.

Competenze

• Must have completed a full apprenticeship in electrical engineering.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing and automated machinery.
• Understanding of planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) systems.

Mansioni

• Lead engineer on shift and generate detailed maintenance reports using CMMS.

Salary: £56,200 + Pension + Benefits

12hr Day's/Night's - 4 Nights (1 week), 3 Day's/ 3 Night's (1 week), 4 Days (1week) then 7 Days off

The Role

You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules within a high-speed automated environment. On a day to day basis, you will be the lead engineer on shift, create detailed maintenance reports using (CMMS), execute continuous improvement projects and build stock items. The role will involve the maintenance of packaging machinery, slicers, taggers, basket fillers, stacking machines, inverters, drives, sensors, and fault finding on Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLCs. The ideal candidate will also have some Mechanical knowledge and ideally 17th/18th Edition. Your experience will be supported with ongoing development, for you to create further opportunities, to enhance your career prospects within this huge multinational group.
