Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy food manufacturing site in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production and packaging machinery.

You'll work on mechanical and electrical fault-finding with a focus on safety and reliability. The position offers day shifts (Double Days) Monday to Friday and a competitive salary of £47,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or another high-speed production environment desirable.
• Multi-skilled with both mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience.
• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of health & safety and safe working practices.
• Proactive approach to fault-finding and problem-solving.
• Time-served apprenticeship desirable.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a busy, high-volume food manufacturing site in Wellingborough!

Day to day you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide variety of production and packaging machinery, including mixers, ovens, conveyors, cutters, wrapping machinery and much more.
