The position offers a structured on-site maintenance environment with emphasis on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Salary £47,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE plus overtime and on-call payments; double days (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) on weekly rotation.

Qualifications

Proven maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing, production or processing environments.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, Apprenticeship or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance across production equipment.
Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and production issues.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
Support production teams by minimising equipment downtime.
Identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with procedures.

On-call allowance of £3,250 per annum
