Job summary

Synergi Search & Select Limited currently seeks a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a leading FMCG site in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment, with electrical work on PLCs, CMMS, inverters, and control panels.

You will support new installations and CI projects while ensuring health, safety and technical standards are met. The position offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and company bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills with mechanical knowledge.
• Time-served apprenticeship or Level 3 Engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment.
• Electrical maintenance on PLC, CMMS, inverters, control panels and electrical supplies.
• Support and deliver new installations and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and technical standards.
