Job summary

The Collective Network Limited is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their Lincolnshire-based engineering team. This role offers a £54,000 - £55,000 salary and a path to progression within a forward-thinking manufacturing business.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery, diagnose faults, and support production to maximise uptime, while complying with audit requirements and driving plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• 18th Edition Electrical Certification.
• IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
• PLC fault-finding experience would be an advantage.

We are working in partnership with a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing business in the Lincolnshire area, currently looking to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team. The Role

• Skilled in both mechanical and electrical maintenance and fault finding.
• 18th Edition Electrical Certification (essential).
• IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
• PLC fault‑finding experience would be an advantage.
